Parkway Tree Planting Policy
The Village has put together a policy for the planting of parkway trees by individual residents in the Village. All newly-constructed homes are required to plant parkway trees and existing homeowners can plant at their option if they do not wish to wait for the Village parkway tree planting program. Due to a large number of trees dying in the Village because of the Emerald Ash Borer and other diseases the Village is behind on replacing parkway trees due to the large cost.
